Our story

Every Flavor Tells a Story

We are Casa Latina, a restaurant located on the west side of Saint John, NB, a small city in Atlantic Canada with a population of 65,000. Our mission is to share our culture through the food and atmosphere created by the restaurant. We have been in operation for 3 weeks, having opened on March 7, 2024; however, the idea began to take shape in September 2022.
